SHIPPING POLICY

Returns and exchanges policy on items bought through our website

 

At EmotionGallery, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right.

 

If you are not satisfied, free exchange or refund will be accepted if item is returned in good condition, within 30 days of customer receipt. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the return.

 

If you discover an item has a defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange. We will ask you to provide pictures of the damages.

 

Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for items.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non refundable.

REFUND POLICY

Processing:

 

Processing your order takes 1-2 business days.

Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations will delay processing start times.

 

Delivery:

 

Items are shipped by UPS or USPS.

 

Standard delivery to the contiguous 48 states takes 2-7 business days.

Item must be shipped to a street address only, no PO Box.

 

Shipping charges:

 

We ship from the USA:

 

- To the contiguous 48 states with a flat fee charge of $12. Free shipping is applied for any purchase of 2 items and more.

 

- To AK, HI and U.S. territories with a flat fee charge of $22

 

International orders

 

We ship from the USA to the International with a flat fee charge of $35.

Standard delivery takes an average of 15 business days.

 

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance, and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
